The Travel Convention
The City of Barcelona will be the venue for the 2009 Travel Convention, to be held between 6-8 October 2009.
ABTA's Chief Executive, Mark Tanzer said: "We are thrilled to take The Travel Convention to Barcelona for the first time in ABTA's history. It's one of the world's leading cities and as Spain has come through time and again as a committed supporter of the Convention, we can be sure of a first class event".
This will be the third Travel
Convention — the event
that in just two years has
gained a reputation for
being the most interesting,
informative, relevant and
enjoyable business event
in the travel industry
calendar.
The Travel Convention provides the industry
with an annual platform for discussion —
both formal and informal —
covering
topical issues which are of real value and
relevance to the travel trade.
It’s the only event with such a diverse
audience. And with senior management
attending from every sector of the industry,
the networking is second-to-none!
But don’t just take our word for it. Some
of last year’s delegates were so impressed
by last year’s Convention, they’ve already
registered for Barcelona. [Click here to read what they had to say]
