Live The City is a unique sightseeing adventure that combines a team based treasure hunt through the heart of Barcelona ending with a big screen ‘TV style’ quiz finale! .
The experience will start with a briefing on board the coach which will transfer delegates to the start point by the Christopher Columbus column at the bottom of the Ramblas.
Armed with game packs, the teams will then explore four clue zones that include the beautiful Gothic Quarter, La Ribera and Las Ramblas. En route delegates will enjoy some great sightseeing as they solve the cryptic clues. We’ll also challenge their artistic skills with photographic challenges using the digital cameras in their game pack.
The clue solving should take about 2 hours to complete with an hour to break for lunch en route (there will be some restaurant recommendations in the game pack).
After the treasure hunt delegates will meet back at the Christopher Columbus column for a coach transfer to the CCIB for the quiz finale. First up we’ll have a giggle and mark the photo challenges by displaying all the photos on our big screen. These points will be preloaded into the quiz system and then things get serious as the teams go head-to-head in the Showdown Quiz.
The quiz contains a series of multiple choice questions based on the clues solved in the city. With accompanying music and lights it is fastest finger first and winner takes all as we find out who will be our Barcelona Team Champions.
The prize giving ceremony wraps up a day full of team fun, fascinating facts and great sightseeing. The experience will finish between 2pm and 3pm.
