FUN RUN

After all that sitting down for the business sessions and Talk Zone is over for the day, we want you to put your trainers on and get those leg muscles working for the Fun Run, organised by Argyle Recruitment and Citybond Suretravel . This year the race is along the Meloneras Promenade, within walking distance of the Conference Centre and most hotels.   

Although it’s called the Fun Run, there’s a very serious purpose behind it, and that’s to raise funds for the Family Holiday Association, a charity that gives a break away to children and families in need.  In 2007, 51 runners raised £4,000 on the Fun Run alone (with the total raised for the whole Convention being £10,000) – wouldn’t it be great if more runners could raise even more money this year!
