The Cruise Forum: 6-9 October

Cruising has become well established as a mainstream part of the holiday industry. The UK market has seen significant growth in the past five years and the UK is now the largest cruise market outside of the US.

The Cruise Forum was inspired by Barcelona’s importance to the cruise industry. In fact, Barcelona is the busiest cruise port in the Mediterranean and fifth in the World, with around 2,069,000 passengers and 887 ships passing through each year. And with seven dedicated cruise terminals, the city is vitally important to the cruise industry.

Mark Tanzer, Chief Executive of ABTA said: “The cruise sector is very important to our industry, and we are very pleased that we can adapt the Travel Convention to exploit the opportunities that Barcelona has to offer and make the event work as hard as possible for our members and delegates. The Cruise Forum is a very exciting development.”

The Cruise Forum is being organised in partnership with the Association of Cruise Experts (ACE).

The Cruise Forum is open to Travel Agents, Cruise Lines and a limited number of sponsoring companies. Everyone attending must be a registered Travel Convention delegate. Click here to register

Only Cruise Lines with a presence in the Cruise Forum Showcase will be able to attend the Cruise Forum Seminar.
