Go Karting
- £3000 + VAT

At this year’s Travel Convention, delegates will have the opportunity to take part in a Go Karting Tournament a new addition to the sporting events. This will take place on Monday 6 October at the Gran Karting Club, one of the biggest Go Karting tracks in Europe, from 10:30 – 12:30.

Delegates will do eight training laps and two races of ten laps each. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall, plus a Fair Play Award!*

The Travel Convention Office will be responsible for providing the following to delegates who will be participating in the event:

• A booking service at the time of registration (and as the sponsor you will be provided with a password, which will enable you to view participant requests and details)
• Confirmation of attendance & joining instructions
• Transfers to and from the event

As the Go Karting Sponsor, a wide range of branding opportunities will be made available to you.

Branding - your logo will feature in /on:

• A Convention Newsletter
• The Convention website
• A Convention E-news
• The Convention Programme
• Directional signage at the venue

You will have the opportunity to:

• Brand the Go Karting venue with your merchandise**
• Host the prize giving presentation and make a short speech to delegates after the tournament
