Appointment cards - £4,000 + VAT
The Appointment Card will provide delegates with an insert that shows all appointments booked online prior to the Convention. It will also enable them to make additional appointments during the Coffee & Talk Zone (Appointment Allocations) on day one from 11:15-12:00.
The Talk Zone area on day one will see a range of travel companies from every facet of the business seated at tables, where they will compete for attention in a speed-dating style environment. This will guarantee one-to-one discussions between agents, principals and all the other sectors of the industry.
The Appointment Cards will be distributed to delegates approximately two weeks prior to the Convention.
